We reserve ourselves for any errors in the article information. Ordering


Products are ordered via Hans Edblad's online store. If you have questions about your order, please send an email to our customer service. An order through the online store has been completed when you receive an order confirmation from us. However, we do not guarantee we can deliver all the items you ordered. Should it be that a product can not be delivered, we will refund the corresponding amount without delay.


Prices


All prices in the online store are stated in SEK including VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change the prices on the website without prior notice.
Taxes and fees outside the EU
Hans Edblad AB is a Swedish brand. When purchasing products in our online store for delivery to non-EU countries, local taxes and fees may apply. These fees are you as a buyer yourself.

In order to shop in our online store, you must enter the information that is mandatory for the customer registration. Delivery


Smaller deliveries are sent as a letter with PostNord, larger shipments with DHL and international shipments shipped with UPS. We ship your order within 2 -3 business days and calculates delivery time to 2 - 4 business days.

We will send an order confirmation by e-mail immediately when you place your order. When we ship your package, you will receive a receipt in the shipment that you will save as we leave a 1 year guarantee on jewelry.

Return Policy


You are entitled to undo a purchase within 30 days from the date you received the goods in accordance with current consumer protection laws. Damaged or incorrect product

You are entitled to change a product 60 days from the date you received the item. Complaint
